Personal Data Processing Policy

The data controller is Optisphere (sole proprietorship). Personal data is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 'On Personal Data'.

When you contact us via the website form or chat assistant, we collect the following personal data:

• Name (first name and patronymic if provided)
• Phone number
• Telegram handle or other messenger contact
• Preferred contact time (if provided)

Collected data is used solely for:

• Responding to user enquiries
• Providing consultation on studio services
• Preparing a commercial proposal

Personal data is processed on the basis of the data subject's consent (Art. 6, para. 1, sub-para. 1 of Law No. 152-FZ), expressed by completing the form and clicking the submit button.

Personal data is stored for no more than 3 (three) years from the date of consent or until consent is withdrawn, whichever is earlier.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties except as required by Russian law. Telegram Bot API is used for notification delivery — data is transmitted in encrypted form and is not stored on the messenger's servers.

You have the right at any time to:

• Withdraw consent to personal data processing
• Request information about data being processed
• Request correction or deletion of your data

Consent may be withdrawn by sending a written request to hello@optisphere.ru. Data will be deleted within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the request.

Organisational and technical measures are in place to protect personal data: data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS, and database access is restricted.
